We currently ship to the Northeast, South, and Midwest. By 2026, we plan to offer nationwide shipping. 


Yes, just include any details in the notes section before placing your order. 


Keep cookies in a sealed bag or an airtight container at room temperature. They will stay fresh for up to 14 days. For an extra-soft texture, place a slice of bread in the container to maintain moisture. Need longer? Freeze cookies for freshness up to 3 months. When ready to eat, thaw at room temperature.

We offer customizable wedding packages that include beautifully crafted cookies, complimentary virtual consultations, and optional delivery and setup services. Refund Policy – The Michael’s Place

At The Michael’s Place, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch cookies with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. If anything about your order is less than perfect, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund based on the issue.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Provide a photo of the product in question.
     
  • Let us know the date and location of your purchase (for market or in-person orders).
     
  • If your order was shipped, include the order number or shipping name.
     

Exclusions:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that are stored improperly or consumed beyond their recommended window (typically 7–14 days).
     
  • Because our cookies are perishable, we do not accept returns.
     

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If that method is unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate an alternative option.
